Cancellation & Refunds

These rules apply before the motorcycle is released to the customer.

Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel by emailing hello@rentalbikes.ru, calling +7 (926) 557-68-91, or using the contact channel through which the booking was confirmed.

• Cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup: 100% of the amount paid for the booking is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup: the amount paid is refunded less any actual, documented expenses already incurred for that booking.

If the motorcycle cannot be provided

You may choose an agreed replacement motorcycle, move the booking to another date, or receive a full refund of the amount paid.

How refunds are made

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another lawful method is agreed. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. After the motorcycle has been released, early return, damage, charges and the security deposit are governed by the signed rental agreement.
