Rental Terms

These Terms apply to motorcycle reservations made through en.rentalbikes.ru.

1. Booking

A booking request identifies the motorcycle, dates, tariff and price selected by the customer. A reservation is confirmed only after confirmation is issued through the website, email, telephone or messenger. Availability and the final price are shown before confirmation.

2. Rental eligibility

The rider must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into a contract and hold a valid motorcycle driving licence. Identification and driving documents are checked before the motorcycle is released. Additional age or riding-experience requirements may apply to a particular motorcycle and will be communicated before rental.

3. Pickup and rental agreement

Motorcycles are collected from the RentalBikes pickup location at 4A, Building 2, Baltiyskaya Street, Moscow, unless another arrangement is confirmed. Before release, the customer signs the written rental agreement, pays the rental price and any stated security deposit, and accepts the recorded condition of the motorcycle.

4. Price and security deposit

The price depends on the motorcycle, dates and tariff. The exact price and refundable security deposit are displayed during booking. The deposit is returned after the motorcycle is returned and inspected, less any amount properly due under the signed rental agreement.

5. Use and return

The customer must use the motorcycle lawfully, follow operating and safety instructions, and return it at the agreed time and in the agreed condition. Individual conditions, including mileage, fuel, equipment and responsibility for damage, are recorded in the rental agreement signed at pickup.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Personal data

Personal data submitted during booking is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a motorcycle cannot be provided for reasons within our control, the customer may choose an agreed replacement, a new date or a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
